Owenbriar's Keesbrook Casanova

"Silvio" came to Keesbrook from my best friend, Linda Owens. He completed his Canadian championship at the Ottawa Kennel Club show, Nov. 2003 by winning 9 points in one weekend including 3 BOB's and a Group 3!! Next he took on the competition south of the border and in one weekend of four shows he won 4 majors including 2 BOB's and 2 BOW's and a group placement to complete his American championship in one whirlwind sweep. He excelled in the show ring and then gave me a wonderful litter full of beauty and brains. He retired, moving in with my brother and sister-in-law and spent the last 7 years being their camping, boating and hiking buddy as well as a companion to their grandchildren. He has graced the pages of the Browntrout Keeshond Calendar the last six years and has been the cover boy twice. Ironically, he and his grand daughter, Ivy are on the front cover of the 2012 calendar. He passed away April 2012 and will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him. He was a grand gentle dog.
